Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of each item, CR Expressions does not offer returns, or refunds. However, your satisfaction is greatly values and if you received the wrong item, your item has a misprint (we are humans and make mistakes), or there are any other concerns please email contact@crexpressions.ca immediately upon receiving your order so we can work out a solution! 

If you place an order and the item is out of stock, I will email you immediately and you can choose to either wait for the item to come back in stock, or request a refund.
