Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. For larger orders (12+) pieces, please allow up to 14 business days to process your order. Please visit the Order processing page for more information on these timelines. If you have any other questions about processing time or need a rush order please email contact@crexpression.ca and I will be happy to assist!

Local Deliveries:

Orders being delivered to Fox Creek, AB are eligible for free porch delivery. Heavier items such as large signs, or bulk orders may be charged a small delivery fee ($15 maximum).

CR Expressions is not responsible for stolen packages or items that become damaged after delivery takes place. You will receive a notification that your order has been marked delivered.

If you have an order for higher risk items being damaged in specific weather conditions; a wood sign in rainy conditions, glass drinkware in cold weather, CR Expressions may choose to delay the delivery if you are not home to receive the order. 

 

Shipping Rates:

CR Expressions offers a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for orders placed on the website. Orders over $200 will ship for free, no code required. 

For custom orders and wholesale orders, a custom shipping rate will be included in your quote. 

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice

 

Shipping Region:

Currently, CR Expressions is only shipping within Alberta. Shipping to the remaining provinces and Territories will commence soon! Check back for updates. Orders will primarily ship with Canada Post or Purolator. 

 

Please note CR Expressions is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or delivery delays  However, if your package arrived damaged, or with the wrong items, please send an email to contact@crexpressions.ca
